As you know, on January 12, 2010 a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck Haiti. They are in desperate need of help. Stampin' Up! bought supplies for 5,000 hygiene kits and a few of their vendors also donated supplies for these kits. Stampin' Up! employees helped assemble these kits in ONE day, can you believe that? President Dale Fillmore came up with the idea and even helped assemble the kits. Stampin' Up! always helps others in need and that is why I think Stampin' Up is a truly amazing company.
You can help make a difference in the lives of those who continue to suffer from the effects of this earthquake too! Stampin' Up! is running a promotion to help the Haitians who have been devastated by this earthquake. From now until February 28, 2010, Stampin' Up! will donate $2 from every "I {Heart} Hearts" stamp set purchased, and the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross' Haiti Relief and Development Fund. This money will be used to provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.
To help make a difference in the lives of the Haitian people, please click here to purchase your set or click on my online ordering button at the top right side of my blog.
