Today's card was inspired by a card I received from Karen in my LDS monthly swap group. I just loved the colors she used and of course the Vintage Vogue stamp set! I also used the Pinking Hearts Border Punch (#117649) and the Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel (#117693). I somehow forget about Stampin' Up! wheels, do you?
