Things to Remember

Updated Stampin' Up! Starter Kits

Each year Stampin' Up! evaluates their Starter Kit to determine if its contents are meeting the needs of new recruits. After reviewing demonstrator feedback and analyzing data from new demonstrators, Stampin' Up! is pleased to announce they have made a few changes to the 2010-2011 Starter Kit.

Highlight of Changes

• Color revamp. We've included the Getting Started colors in the new Starter Kit so you have colors from each of the new collections and can showcase projects in a variety of color schemes.
• Clear-mount stamp set and block. We encourage all demonstrators to have at least one clear-mount and one wood-mount stamp to show at workshops, allowing customers to see Stampin' Up!'s two stamp-set options.
• Brights Designer Series paper pack. This is the first time we've included Designer Series paper in a Starter Kit, and we're really excited about this addition! Designer Series paper gives the kit much more variety. Plus, the array of patterns make great accent pieces on scrapbook pages, cards, and 3-D items.
• 5/8" satin ribbon. This is also a first-time addition to our Starter Kit. Ribbon adds pizzazz to any project and helps you show projects with more accessories and interest.
• Stampin' Up! logo vinyl piece. You can begin advertising your new business with this small white vinyl Stampin' Up! logo that can easily be adhered to your car window.
• More substitution options. Many more kit items are now substitutable, allowing you to choose other similar products that better suit your needs. 
• Two add-ons. In addition to an updated Stampin' Memories Add-On, we now offer a Definitely Decorative Add-On. These add-ons allow you to enhance your kit with specific product lines that you are interested in immediately showcasing in your workshops. Best of all, you can select either optional add-on--or both!

In addition, the Digital+ Starter Kit has been such a success since it was introduced in October 2009, we have decided to keep it as a permanent Starter Kit option. The Digital+ Starter Kit is a great choice for your computer savvy customers who are interested in digital photography and crafting. Plus, it contains some traditional paper-crafting supplies, as well, so you can share the wide variety of products that Stampin' Up! offers. Click here to view the updated Starter Kit flyer.
