Stampin' Up! Loves Their Demonstrators

Enjoy this cute video some of the Stampin' Up! employees made for Stampin' Up! demonstrators. We had such a fun time at convention sharing what we loved! The Stampin' Up! staff are so nice. They really made us feel appreciated at convention (not to mention all year long). I feel honored to be a part of this amazing company. What a truly exciting experience I have had with Stampin' Up! July Fourth

Hi Stampers,
Are you getting ready for the 4th of July yet? I finished designing my "Father's Day" cards for my June 11th Stamp-a-Stack class and thought I would get busy designing July 4th cards. Today's card is one I designed for a 4th of July celebration. We will be making this card at our June monthly club night. This card uses the Stampin' Up! "July Fourth" stamp set which is in the new Summer Mini Catalog. If you are looking for a cute set for your July 4th celebration, look no further! This set can also be used to create manly cards, birthday cards, graduation cards or even western cards (just to throw out a few other ideas). I stamped the star images using Real Red and Night of Navy onto Whisper White card stock. The Whisper White cardstock is adhered to Night of Navy cardstock and flips up. I cut out three firecrackers and adhered them behind the Happy 4th of July image that I popped up using dimensionals. I stamped the firecracker on the inside of the card which you cannot see. Thought it would add a little pizzazz to the card. I stamped my image in Night of Navy and then used the Blender Pens to take off the Night of Navy ink in certain spots and used my Real Red marker to color those places I removed the ink.

Like the dots around the 4th of July image? I used the Classy Brass Template "Punches Plus" to help me pierce the dots around the image. Here it is......take a look at Stampin' Up!'s new 2009 Spring-Summer Idea Book & Catalog. Click on the flashing Just Released icon on the left of my blog.
